COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS
By registering or attending this Kyowa Kirin sponsored speaker program you are subject to COVID-19 guidelines as promulgated by the CDC and state and local governments. Attendees who have tested positive for COVID-19 or have travelled internationally within the previous 14 days, have been in close contact with a person with a recently confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis, are subject to quarantine per state or CDC guidelines, or are currently exhibiting symptoms* of COVID-19 may not attend this program. Temperature screening will be done prior to entry. Attendees who register a temperature of 100.4° or greater will not be allowed entry. By attending the program, you are agreeing to adhere to these requirements.
